At Grace and Growth Counseling, I am dedicated to help you feel more connected, regulated, and aligned with a life that feels true to you.

By integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with experiential and relational approaches, including equine-assisted work, I offer a warm, grounded space for real change.

EXPERIENCE

With 8 years of experience in various therapeutic modalities, I specialize in individual and couples therapy, as well as equine-assisted psychotherapy. My goal is to create a safe space for healing and transformation.
